"Old Town" as this area is referred to has one of the highest concentrations of 1st period Historic homes that ooze with all the best features of New England charm this area has to offer. This is definitely a walking town and you can not drop a pin on a more prime location to do so. Beaches, historic sites, restaurants, shops, coffee houses and quaint New England are just steps from the front door!

Walk! You have arrived, now walk to everything you need. We have a bus stop steps away should you want to explore Boston. Parking is attainable but not always plentiful. Just pay attention to parking signs and park close to the curb, these streets were made for horses and carriages not buses and trucks

Please do not leave food in refrigerator. Kindly dispose of trash and recycling in appropriate trash barrels on lower patio.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Thirty percent (30.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
