The Building was once the historic Sail loft- oozing with character and charm.
Inside is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment unit. Living area with a leather couch, TV & dining table that can fit up to 6. Outside a small patio in front with a table, bench and 2 chairs. Great views of White Wharf from the Patio and the Living areas. In the heart of Bearskin neck. Walk to Beaches!!

The exposed beams and original structure stand as it did when it was built in the early 1800's. Recently renovated!

New completed renovation -The updated apartment is well aportioned and has wonderful views of White Wharf and toward Bearskin Neck for people watching. It is very cosy and located right in the heart of Bearskin neck! A short walk to the Motif, or to Front Beach. Cafe's, Galleries, Restaurants and the Shalin Liu Performance Center all within steps from the front door. Wifi and a TV equipped with Netflix, Amazon Video, etc.

There is a small kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishes. The bathroom has a shower stall and basic toiletries.

There is only two steps to get into the unit. So it is very accessible for those who don't want to climb up and down stairs.

The front patio has some seating and a table for enjoying the outdoors while you take in the beauty around you. And to the right, White Wharf is literally a few steps away.

You will have exclusive use of the unit. Come stay, relax, and take in all this quaint town has to offer.

I will be available for any questions you may have during your stay but will be staying remotely.

Bearskin Neck & Downtown Rockport is filled with small shops, restaurants, and galleries. Walking is the best way to get around since it is a condensed area. Garden Beach, Front Beach and Back Beach are all walking distance. For those who want to venture out: Popular beaches -Good Harbor Beach & Long Beach, and Halibut Point state park are a short drive away.

Car, Train, Bike, and Walk!

There is a public parking lot- 5 min walk. Overnight non metered parking can be found on many side streets. There is also street parking in downtown Rockport (Metered). The Commuter Rail goes right to downtown Rockport, and could be a good option for those who won't need a car during their stay. Lastly, there is a public lot located at Blue Gate Rd (Rockport Transfer Station) - a trolley shuttle will pick you up and bring you to downtown from here. Departs from Dock square downtown for return trips.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Thirty percent (30.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
